Partner satisfaction survey results – Feedback on Pepita Admin
In December 2024, during the planning phase for the upcoming year’s development projects, we reached out to our Marketplace partners to ask
❓ What are their experiences with Pepita Admin? What needs, ideas, or suggestions do they have to make the platform as user-friendly as possible?
❓ How satisfied are they with the traffic generated through our platforms, Pepita.hu and Pepita.com? For those who are not yet selling abroad, what are the difficulties that hinder their international presence?
❓ What are their opinions on our campaigns? Do they find joining them easy or complicated? How transparent are our financial processes?
❓ What do they think about the structure and functionality of Pepita.hu? What features or developments do they feel are missing? Overall, how satisfied are they with the services provided by Pepita Group?
❓ What questions would they like to ask the leaders of various departments within our company?
The main purpose of the “Let’s plan 2025 together!” questionnaire was to get to know the expectations of our Marketplace partners and to prioritise and schedule IT developments for 2025 accordingly. 📊
We received an overwhelming number of responses, exceeding all our expectations!
The survey results were particularly encouraging, as they confirmed that the areas we identified for development closely align with our partners’ needs!
In fact, certain improvements that most of our respondents deemed crucial were implemented while the survey was still ongoing! ✨

- 66% are based Hungary, 34% are international businesses,
- primarily small- and medium-sized enterprises,
- 71% have been our partners for more than six months,
- on average, they process 300 Pepita orders per month,
- 91% use the admin interface daily or multiple times per week.
📌 67% of partners find Pepita Admin transparent and easy to use, 24% are moderately satisfied, 9% believe the interface could be more user-friendly.
These results are very promising, as two-thirds of our partners appreciate our admin platform. However, the feedback from the remaining third highlights the need for continuous improvement, the elimination of potential issues, and the introduction of new solutions.
📌 Two thirds of respondents find all menu items easy to understand, while one third sometimes have difficulties. Partners who found certain menu items difficult to understand indicated Orders, Products and Finance.
The most frequent requests for new features/menu items were:
✅ parcel locker shipping option with label generation
▪️ to make the associated product offers editable
▪️ statistics on top products
▪️ “primary offer” information (buybutton)
✅ a well-organised knowledge base with a search function
▪️ integration of courier services
▪️ creation of a message centre
▪️ bulk order confirmation feature
🕊️ The good news is that GLS parcel locker integration, including label generation, has already been activated for most of our Hungary-based partners!
📚 In addition to the numerous new developments you will see in Pepita Admin throughout the year, we have launched the Seller Center, where you are reading these lines, and filled it with guides, news and updateswhich will continue to grow and expand from time to time!
One of the key projects for 2025 is making the entire admin interface more user-friendly! New menu items, new features, and redesigned processes!
The first new feature is coming soon! 😉
🎯 We are also planning to make changes to both the “Orders” and “Products” menus, and we are also considering simplifying the “Invoicing” admin module.
