Partner satisfaction survey results – Evaluation of Pepita.hu and Pepita Group services

    At the end of last year, we conducted a partner satisfaction survey in which we sought the opinions of our Marketplace partners on several important topics. We asked them: 

    What are their experiences with Pepita Admin? What needs, ideas, or suggestions do they have to make the platform as user-friendly as possible?

    How satisfied are they with the traffic generated through our platforms, Pepita.hu and Pepita.com? For those who are not yet selling abroad, what are the difficulties that hinder their international presence??

    What are their opinions on our campaigns? Do they find joining them easy or complicated? How transparent are our financial processes?

    We were also interested in their views on the following:

    What do they think about the structure and functionality of Pepita.hu? What features or developments do they feel are missing? Overall, how satisfied are they with the services provided by Pepita Group?

    ⚙️ The structure and functionality of Pepita.hu

    📌 75% of responding Marketplace partners reported satisfaction with the structure and design of the Pepita.hu website, 17% considered it acceptable, and only 8% stated that it fell short of their expectations. In addition, 61% of respondents felt the site’s functionality was adequate.

    ⚒️ New features and development needs

    📌 In response to the question “What feature do you think would be most needed on the website?”, we received feedback regarding both the Pepita.hu website and the Pepita Admin interface.

    Most partners highlighted the optimisation of the search engine and the filtering options on the listing pages as key areas for development on Pepita.hu. For the admin interface, top priorities included improving the usability of the “Products”, “Orders”, and “Financial” menu items, enhancing feed/API connections, introducing parcel locker delivery options, and integrating courier services.

    🔎 In the coming months, we will implement major upgrades to the search functionality. significant innovation will be the integration of artificial intelligence, particularly “large language models” (LLM), which can better understand users’ questions and intentions. We will also introduce semantic search, which considers meaning rather than just keywords, resulting in more accurate and relevant search results. 

    🤖 Artificial intelligence is already proving helpful in several areas. As a first step, we’ve begun using it to refine product descriptions and optimise image sequences. Currently, more than half a million products are undergoing testing. Later this year, we aim to enhance product data sheets by expanding listed attributes, thereby supporting more efficient filters and improving the browsing experience on category pages.

    💻 A key project for the Marketplace this year is the further development of the entire Pepita Admin interface, which aims to expand its functionality, simplify administrative tasks, and improve the overall user experience.

    Upcoming features include: 

    • Help Center – quick and easy help for using the admin interface,
    • Message Center – easier and more efficient communication with customers and Pepita’s customer service, 
    • Product documentation enhancement feature – support for optimising product descriptions, names and images to make your offers perform at their best in all Pepita countries.

    Additionally, improving the stability of feed and API connections is also part of our development roadmap.

    📦 Since the survey, GLS parcel locker delivery including label generation is now available for most of our partners based in Hungary! This year, we will further expand our logistics services: including standard and oversized parcel home delivery within Hungary, as well as preparing logistics solutions for international markets.
