Partner satisfaction survey results – Campaign effectiveness and financial process transparency
In December 2024, we conducted a survey among our Marketplace partners to gather feedback on several key topics. The “Let’s plan 2025 together!” questionnaire was a great success, with over 250 respondents sharing their views on:
❓ What are their opinions on our campaigns? Do they find joining them easy or complicated? How transparent are our financial processes?

📊 Campaign effectiveness
📌 Of our responding partners who joined us at least six months prior, 68% participate in campaigns regularly, 6% only join the Black Friday campaign, while 26% do not take advantage of the opportunity at all.
📌 71% of survey respondents found joining campaigns to be simple, 2while 24% suggested it could be made even easier, and only 5% considered it complicated.
📌 More than 70% of partners who do not usually participate in promotions indicated they would be more likely to join if the process required less time.
📌 Over 50% of respondents are satisfied with the success of the campaigns.
🕊️ Good news! Simplifying the campaign participation process has been on our agenda for a long time, and at the end of last year, we successfully launched the „One-click campaign participation” feature. 🎉
The offers can be added to the campaign with just one click, in multiple countries at once! 🌍 Based on partner feedback, the new feature has been well received, making participation significantly easier and faster. ✅

📈 The success of offers uploaded for promotions is significantly influenced by factors such as seasonality, competitive campaign pricing, high-quality product images, detailed product descriptions and specifications, optimal stock availability, low delivery costs 💵 and short delivery times! ⏱️
🚚 Earlier this year, we enabled GLS parcel locker shipping for most of our Hungary-based Marketplace partners. This service is not only convenient for our customers but also cost-effective and fast!
Throughout the year, we will continue expanding our services with favourable delivery options, which will positively impact campaign effectiveness!
💵 Financial process transparency
📌 70% of our partners find the financial settlement process, based on compensation orders, transparent and easy to understand.
📌 41% of respondents have read the financial settlement guide and found it helpful in understanding the process.
📚 The survey results made it clear that there is a need for a dedicated platform containing all key information in one place. We want to support our partners with constantly updated and expanding knowledge resources on a structured, transparent and easily searchable platform. The Seller Center ahas been developed as requested, and in addition to the help material, interesting content such as this questionnaire evaluation has been added to the platform! 🎉
