    Basic information requested during registration

    Company name: the official name of your company. This is how we register your company in our
    system. Invoices will be issued to this company name. Each company can be registered once, so if you
    have several webshops under one company, you can manage them all under one Pepita account. If the
    company name changes, a new registration is required. Please notify us of this in time so that we can
    close the old account in time and create the new account as soon as possible.

    Company headquarter: the location of your company. This billing address will appear on the invoice.
    Name to display (“fantasy name”): on the Pepita site, this is what customers will see as a seller. It is
    important to avoid any references to the company form or website. The fantasy name can be anything,
    but it is advisable to use a name that reflects your own business.

    Bank account owner’s name: the name of the owner of the bank account number.

    Bank name: name of the bank which manages your bank account.

    Bank account number: your bank account number which you will receive the credit card payments
    and bank transfers.

    Company registration number (registration number for sole trader): your company registration
    number or sole trader registration number, required for the conclusion of the contract.

    VAT number: your company’s VAT number, will be indicated on the invoice.

    Delivery fee: Default delivery fee for the products. (You can set exceptions by products)
    Delivery fee for cash on delivery orders: Here you can set a different fee for cash on delivery orders.

    Free shipping treshold: the amount above which the order will be sent for free.

    Delivery time: Default delivery time, which gives information to the customer about the days you need
    to ship the product. (if you have exceptions you can set it by products)

    Courier name: Name(s) of the courier company which managing the delivery.

    Customer service email address: the email address where Pepita’s customer service or the Customer
    will receive relevant information about orders and products within 1 day.

    Customer service phone number: is the telephone number where Pepita’s customer service or the
    Customer can reach and receive relevant information about orders and products.

    Financial contact person: the financial contact for your company.

    Financial contact e-mail address: this is where we will send the invoices and settlements. A contact
    for financial questions.

    Financial contact phone number: a phone number to reach in case of financial questions.

    Marketing contact person: your company’s marketing contact.

    Marketing contact email address: this is the email address where will send information about
    campaigns and other marketing activities.

    Marketing contact phone number: a phone number to contact with marketing information.

    Basic data menu

    After logging in to the Pepita Admin interface, you will find the
    “Basic Data” menu on the left hand side under “Company
    Information”. Here you will find the basic information you
    entered when registering to Pepita, the accuracy of which is very
    important. This information is used for billing, contacting you
    about orders and for the flow of information about operations.

    Company information

    This is where the company information requested during
    registration is recorded. You cannot change the company data.

    The email address used during registration, which is also the login email address, can be found here.
    In case of a change, please email the details to be changed to your dedicated contact person or to
    [email protected].

    Login email address

    The email address used during registration is the one you can use to access the Pepita Admin interface.
    This email address will be used to send you automatic notifications about new orders, Warranty /
    Cancellation issues. You cannot modify this e-mail address, if you want to change it send an email to
    your dedicated contact person or to [email protected].

    To change the password please follow these steps:

    • At login please click on Forgot password button,

    • or by entering your current and new password in the Pepita Admin interface, under
      Profile in the Profile Information menu.

    Contacts

    Within the Pepita Admin interface, multiple contact roles can be defined to facilitate targeted and
    effective communication. By filling in the right information, you can avoid missing important
    information and strategic steps.


    During the registration process, we record the responsibilities and contact details of the Customer
    Service, Finance and Marketing departments, which can be extended with other contacts if required:


    Owner, CEO, Sales, Technical, Logistics or other


    Under Order menu, you can enter multiple email addresses, separated by semicolons, without spaces.
    In this case, orders received will be forwarded to each of these email addresses.


    It is important to note that these contact details are not going to be displayed anywhere, customers
    only can contact the Customer Service.


    However to work efficiently these contacts are inevitable. This way we can keep you up-to-date and
    communication is smoother.

    Contact details can only be created, not changed or deleted, in case of changes please email the details
    to be changed to your dedicated contact or to [email protected].

    Vendor page – cover image

    On Pepita.hu, we have created a page for each of our marketplace partners, where the customer can
    read reviews about the partner and see more products of the partner. On this seller page we display
    the cover image uploaded here. This cover image may reflect the fantasy name, but it cannot point to
    the company name or to your own website.


    Two image sizes are available, 1200x250px for desktop view and 600x250px for mobile view.

    Delivery information

    Here you (also) have the option to change the default delivery fee and time. Information that can be
    entered:

    1. Delivery fee + Free shipping treshold (if applicable)

      If a different delivery charge applies for cash on delivery:
    2. Different delivery fee in case of cash of delivery + Free shipping treshold in case of cash on
      delivery
    3. Exceptional rules by categories
    4. Default delivery days
    5. Delivery information (information about courier company)

    Introduction

    Here you can present your company, the products and brands you sell in a nutshell. This text will be
    displayed on the seller profile. It is important to avoid using terms that refer to the company form,
    references to a website, but you can give detailed information about your business to build customer
    trust.
